What may be Returned:
Only UNOPENED products may be Returned or Exchanged for any reason. There are No Exceptions. All products are Reviewed when we receive them and we will be unable to issue a Refund for anything that is found to be opened or used. You may contact us if you have any questions regarding this.
Time Limit for Refunds or Exchanges:
You may return the product(s) (You Pay the Return Shipping) to us within 30 Days from the day when the Tracking information for your package shows it was delivered. Please follow the instructions detailed below.
What would be Refunded?
Upon receipt and inspection of your package you will receive the *cost* of the merchandize returned MINUS a 20% Restocking fee Or for Free Shipping Products the Cost we Paid to Ship the Package to You (Whichever is Greatest).
What is NOT Refundable?
Shipping Charges are Not refundable under any circumstance once your package leaves our warehouse (Innitial Scan by carrier). Again, opened products are nonrefundable.
What happens if its been More than 30 Days since I received my order?
We apologize, but products returned after 30 days will NOT be accepted. We are NOT able to Refund or Exchange Any products after 30 Days. We appologize but there are No Exceptions.
What happens if I have another issue with an order besides a Return?
In there rare case that you have another issue with a package such as: missing items, damaged items, etc. Please Contact Us ASAP to be able to best assist you. To provide you the highest quality of assistance please notify us of any such issues within 3 Days (72 Hours) from the time your order was delivered. Problems reporded outside a Reasonable time may receive very limited assistance.
1.- Please send us an e-mail to email@example.com to indicate that you are returning a product.
2.- Place items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.
3.- Indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
4.- Make a copy of the purchase order that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products.

6.- You MUST use a shipping method with shipping confirmation (and signature requirement depending on amount). We are NOT responsible for items lost in transit.
